Pulley Construction was incorporated in 19(...) by founder and former company President, Thomas "Lamar" Pulley, Sr. His initiative to open the company was driven by dedication and belief in providing the highest quality work possible amongst all sewer and water contractors within the community. Since then, Pulley Construction has proven itself as a superior leader, maintaining its positive small business characteristics, while also gaining speciality skills within the field. Since the start of the company, we have completed over ******#******* water and sewer jobs throughout North Louisiana and have grown from ***#*** to ***#*** employees, while also successfully transitioning the company's former Vice President, Thomas L. Pulley, Jr., to President after the retirement of Mr. Pulley, Sr. Pulley Construction has consistently taken pride in developing the driven crews with energetic members, and offer careers only to those as dedicated and hardworking as the culture our crews practice.
